IndianBite provides an online food delivery platform that connects customers with restaurants and food establishments. Our Service includes the ability to browse restaurants, place food orders, track deliveries, and process payments.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content on our platform. Restaurant menus, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery times are estimates based on various factors including restaurant preparation time, distance, traffic, and weather conditions. We do not guarantee specific delivery times.

IndianBite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

When placing an order through our Service, you agree to provide valid payment information. You authorize IndianBite to charge your designated payment method for the total amount of your order, including food, delivery fees, taxes, and any additional charges.

Prices displayed on our platform are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders.

You may cancel your order at any time before the restaurant confirms it. Once confirmed, cancellations are subject to the restaurant's cancellation policy, which may include charges.

Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy and the payment processor's procedures. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method.

IndianBite is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of food items delivered by partner restaurants. All food-related concerns should be addressed directly with the respective restaurant.

Delivery services are provided by IndianBite and its network of delivery partners. Our riders are independent contractors, not employees of IndianBite.

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, location, and time of order. Additional fees may apply during peak hours or special events.

You agree to provide accurate delivery information including address, contact details, and any special instructions. IndianBite is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

You must be available to receive your delivery at the specified address and time. Failure to receive the order may result in additional charges or cancellation of your account.

For safety reasons, our riders may contact you upon arrival. Please respond promptly to ensure successful delivery.

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm our employees, riders, or restaurant partners
• Place fraudulent orders or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Transmit viruses or any other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IndianBite and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or perform any content from our Service without express written permission from IndianBite.

Restaurant names, logos, menu items, and images are the property of their respective owners and are used on our platform with permission.

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide to IndianBite become our property and may be used to improve our Service without any obligation to compensate you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IndianBite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Service.

IndianBite is not liable for any damages resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; (c) statements or conduct of any third party on the Service; (d) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content; or (e) food quality or safety issues with partner restaurants.

In no event shall IndianBite's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IndianBite, its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

IndianBite reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or following the account deletion process in the app settings.

IndianBite reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India.
